All children who attend White Spire School have an Education, Health and Care Plan which is the result of formal assessments of their needs. As a special educational needs school tailored for individuals with Cognition and Learning difficulties, our curriculum is designed to address this primary area of need.

It is important to note that we do not have the facilities to accommodate pupils whose primary needs are Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties or where severe learning difficulties are the primary need. We do not provide a fully sensory-based curriculum, as our focus remains squarely on meeting the diverse needs of our pupils within the parameters of Cognition and Learning.
